Magness Oil Company has several stores available for lease. Print off and fill out the following forms if you are interested in leasing a convenience store.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT APPLICATION - includes Fuel Consignment Application, Authorization Agreement for Arranged ACH Payments, Security Agreement.  It also includes Continuing Consignment Guaranty and the UCC Financing Statement (Retail Only).
